CODEVA is a non-profit coordinating teacher training to implement the 2016 law.
In January 2016 the Virginia legislature passed House Bill 831, mandating that computer science be incorporated into the state Standards of Learning. The state DOE is still defining exactly what this will look like and we expect the process to be completed by June 2017.
